A Gloucestershire student has won the chance to represent the UK at a global fashion award ceremony after making a dress out of the broken blinds in her classroom. Tabitha, who’s a student at Ribston Hall in Gloucester, got through to the finals of the Junk Kouture competition which challenges young designers to design high end fashion from – junk! She’s now getting ready to join ten others from across the country on the world stage. Our Gloucestershire reporter, Steve Knibbs, has been to meet her.
