Design Description

Inspired by the beauty of forgotten items, ‘Forgotten History’ transforms discarded textiles and everyday waste into a celebration of heritage and sustainability. The design is hand-sewn from old lace tablecloths and curtain panels sourced from family, estate sales and charity shops to create a dress that breathes new life into materials steeped in mystery. This creation honours the past while paving the way for a greener future, reminding us that every discarded piece holds value.
