Design Description

Frida is a Mexican artist, who fought for woman’s rights and explored the theme of death. La Catrina is an elegant skeleton. The exterior of the dress is dark, showing what death looks like from the outside, yet the inside is lively, meaning after death people’s spirits live on.

MATERIALS USED

Made from plastic table cloth, plastic bottles, candy wrappers, mod rock and plastic bag.
