Design Description

Inspired by the legendary sea beast, ‘The Kraken’ was created to raise awareness about the surge in ocean pollution and the growth of trash islands. This design embodies the dual nature of the sea—its captivating beauty and the looming threat of human waste. Built entirely from repurposed materials, it forms a dynamic, tentacle-inspired silhouette that reflects the devastating impact of discarded debris on our oceans. The Kraken calls on us to protect our waters and preserve the delicate balance of nature for future generations.
