Design Description
Sustainability has three main pillars informally know as people plant and profit. During the production of plastic cutlery a lot of energy and carbon are released into the atmosphere which combines with other greenhouse gases which is causing climate changes. By not using single use plastic, we are making an impact on the world. Since September 2019 we are no longer able to use single use plastic in our centre. We took the inspiration from our model, whose family is originally from the Congo. He was influenced by the way they dress as well as the culture, dance and music from their country.
