Design Description

Inspired by the connection between fashion and nature, ‘Vegetal Reconnection’ reimagines waste as a resource, proving that everything taken from the earth can return to it. This biodegradable design is dyed using food and plant waste, avoiding harmful chemicals while keeping natural colours. The braided fabric and willow headpiece represent a planet struggling with pollution, reminding us to be more mindful of our impact. Weighing 11kg, this piece challenges overconsumption and highlights the need for more sustainable choices in fashion.
