Black is the main color for our outfit and represents oil spills in our oceans. We have a skirt, top, and prop. 2 velcro straps go across the body with plastic cups and cylindrical sponges adding texture. We punched holes in the top and put strips of PVC through it creating a fringing effect. Circular plastic discs wrapped around the holes in the skirt add extra volume to the skirt.
