Troy founded JK in 2010, with a view to educating millions of teenagers about the importance of sustainability through creativity. An entrepreneur of 23 years, he has founded and developed three companies in the technology and marketing sectors. He holds the Irish record for the most money raised for a musical act on Kickstarter in Ireland and is a member of Entrepreneur’s Organisation where he Chairs the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards in Ireland. He is also studying a masters in Entrepreneurship and Leadership at MIT.

Megan joined JK in 2018 as COO having worked in the Public Sector as an Events Coordinator – managing events with audiences of up to 300,000 people. With a MSc in Marketing, and BSc in Event Management, Megan’s experience includes founding a live music promoter as well as managing one of the most esteemed small live venues in Ireland.

Rory joined JK in 2019 as CRO after spending time working with a Professional Football Agency in London. With commercial experience, he has collaborated with brands such as Nike, Adidas, EA Sports and Ted Baker. His background in live music has also seen him become well regarded in the Irish live music scene as a booker and promoter.

Katie joined JK in 2019, in what was another step on her own personal JK journey. A past contestant, Katie entered the competition in 2011/2012, winning the Western Region (with her design created from orange peel), and then guested as a Student Judge in Scotland. Katie graduated from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, before joining JK as a PR & Communications Executive.
